Anthony and Arwen, urban professionals and repeat McKinstry customers, aimed to revitalise their Point Chevalier Bungalow. They sought to optimise the sunny backyard and expand storage with a new basement garage for an extensive collection of outdoor gear. Inside, they planned a modernised kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry facilities.
