Allan, our build project manager and father of McKinstry Projects, has an impressive 35+ years of construction expertise and a passion for quality craftsmanship. He believes that communication is the key to a successful build and is on-site regularly, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Our Process

Project Management

With council consent underway, Allan will meet with you to finalise the building contract and the date you’d like the construction to start. When the team arrives on-site there will be a licensed builder present at all times responsible for the workforce, ordering materials and liaising with council. Allan will visit the site 2–3 times a week to oversee the progress and take care of paperwork, leaving the builders to focus on what they do best.

Amendments

If you see something during the build that you want to change, we will do our best to accommodate it. We may need to go back to the council for approval, but fortunately, with the design and build team working together, this can be done quickly and efficiently. We streamline our work for ultimate cost-effectiveness, however we will not compromise on quality to achieve your dream home.

Get involved

We take care of everything so you can sit back and relax. However, we understand that it can be rewarding to put your own stamp on things.
